The Movement

The Sanatan Board Awareness Movement is a collective effort by concerned individuals who believe that the management and assets of Hindu temples should remain in the hands of Hindus themselves, free from government interference or misuse.

At present, many Hindu temples across India are under direct or indirect government control. It is said that their funds are diverted away from dharmic purposes, and Hindus are left with little say in how their sacred spaces and resources are managed. The proposed Sanatan Board aims to restore rightful ownership and ensure that temple resources are used by Hindus, for Hindus, and for the betterment of society.

This movement is not the Sanatan Board itself. Instead, it is an initiative to raise awareness, educate society, and build enough public support so that governments are pressured to pass a law creating the Sanatan Board.

By joining this movement, you are not becoming a member of the Sanatan Board. Rather, you are becoming part of a campaigning team that spreads awareness, organizes outreach, educates the public, and mobilizes people across India (and globally) to support this cause.

Our goals are:

  1. To spread awareness about why Hindu temples should be freed from government control.
  2. To highlight how temple assets can solve many social, cultural, and community issues when used properly.
  3. To unite Hindus under one common cause without political or sectarian divisions.
  4. To peacefully and lawfully demand that governments pass legislation for the establishment of the Sanatan Board.

This is a non-political, non-religious, and peaceful awareness movement. We do not endorse any political party, nor do we work against any religion. Our only objective is to ensure that Hindu temples and their assets are managed by Hindus, for the welfare of Hindu society.

When you join, you are expected to become a part of a disciplined team that will grow this movement step by step, until the vision of a Sanatan Board becomes reality.
